Taras Shelestyuk (14-0, 9 KOs) is an undefeated welterweight prospect from Los Angeles by way of Ukraine.

Shelestyuk turned professional in 2013, shortly after he captured a bronze medal at the 2012 London Olympic Games. Prior to the Olympics, Shelestyuk won gold at the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships.

The steely southpaw boasts incredible technique and sound fundamentals. His signature win came against Aslanbek Kozaev on Nov. 6, 2015 from the D Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev.

The pair fought for the vacant WBA Inter Continental Welterweight Title and the vacant NABO Welterweight Championship. Shelestyuk would take home both belts via unanimous decision.
